POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Influencer Partnership Manager to develop, manage, and grow the Extrategic Culture Creator Network. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with influencers, expand our portfolio of diverse creators, and upsell the agency’s offerings to both influencers and brands to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who understands influencer marketing, can identify partnership synergies, and is passionate about empowering diverse voices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of influencers to support agency campaigns and projects.
- Portfolio Expansion: Expand the agency’s portfolio of diverse influencers, ensuring a wide range of talent for potential brand partnerships.
- Database Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive influencer database, including key metrics, audience demographics, and engagement data.
- Onboarding Process: Create a seamless process to educate influencers on the agency’s roster, including clear guidelines on expectations, brand deal processes, and standardized metrics and KPIs.
- Brand Partnerships: Proactively identify opportunities to connect influencers with brands, facilitating mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Creator Brand Support: Provide personalized support to influencers, including media kit development, creative direction, and developing a pipeline of potential brand partners that align with their passions, ensuring they remain competitive in the market
- Campaign Execution: Work closely with the internal teams to search, vet, pitch, negotiate, contract, and maintain daily communication with influencers for ongoing campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts between influencers and brands, ensuring fair terms and long-lasting relationships.
- Sales & Upselling: Collaborate with internal teams to upsell the agency’s services to both influencers and brands, integrating creative content, paid social, and experiential marketing into partnerships.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing, audience behavior, and brand needs to keep the agency competitive and innovative.
- Reporting & Analysis: Work with internal teams to track and report on the performance of influencer partnerships, providing actionable insights to improve future collaborations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of diverse audiences and the ability to identify multicultural influencers that can bring culturally relevant brand opportunities.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with influencers and brands.
- Excellent negotiation and contracting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, metrics and influencer marketing tools.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to manage daily interactions and negotiations with influencers and brands.
- Highly proficient writing and speaking English language skills are a must, Spanish language is a plus.
