POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and creative Agency Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage all internal and external marketing efforts for Extrategic Culture. This role will oversee brand strategy, content creation, public relations, and social media management to elevate the agency’s visibility and reputation in the industry. Additionally, you will support sales development initiatives, including drafting RFP responses, creating pitch decks, and developing proactive campaign ideas to drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for multicultural marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Lead the development and execution of a cohesive marketing strategy that positions the agency as an industry leader in multicultural and experiential marketing.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for the agency’s website, blog, social media channels, and external communications, ensuring it aligns with the agency’s values and mission.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage content calendars for the agency’s social media accounts, driving engagement and growth across key platforms.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, secure press coverage, and manage PR initiatives that enhance the agency’s reputation.
- Internal Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives that promote company culture, achievements, and key milestones to both employees and external audiences.
- Sales Development Support: Assist in drafting RFP responses, developing pitch decks, and creating proactive campaign ideas to drive new business.
- Event Marketing: Plan and coordinate agency participation in industry events, conferences, and awards to enhance brand presence and networking opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other internal teams to ensure alignment between external marketing efforts and overall business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing brand and content strategies.
- Strong understanding of multicultural marketing and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience managing social media accounts, content calendars, and PR efforts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics and tools to track success.
- Experience in event marketing and agency participation in conferences or awards is a plus.
- Highly proficient writing and speaking English language skills are required, Spanish language is a plus.
