POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and culturally aware Creative Lead with a passion for multicultural marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and culturally relevant creative strategies and ideas that resonate deeply with US-based multicultural communities, helping brands build meaningful engagement across various platforms. You will lead proactive and reactive creative pitches, as well as influencer-based pitches aligning influencers’ authentic voices with brand objectives. As part of our team, you’ll blend strategic creative thinking with a deep understanding of US multicultural audiences, joining us in our mission to elevate the voice of diverse communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies that resonate with US-based multicultural audiences, ensuring alignment across multiple channels.
  • Campaign Development: Design culturally relevant content and concepts that effectively engage diverse audiences.
  • Proactive & Reactive Pitches: Lead proactive pitches that introduce new ideas and campaign concepts to clients, and manage creative response to reactive pitches based on real-time cultural trends.
  • Influencer-Based Pitches: Collaborate with selected influencers to develop campaign ideas that align with their unique voice, style, and content, customizing pitches to fit brand objectives.
  • Content Creation: Work with the production team(s) to bring creative concepts to life, overseeing execution from ideation through to final deliverables.
  • Audience Engagement: Ensure all creative outputs authentically connect with targeted US multicultural audiences.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with cultural trends, experiential executions, and social media innovations, integrating insights into creative strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and influencer relations, to align on campaign objectives and creative direction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 4+ years of experience in creative roles, ideally within multicultural marketing or a similar space.
  • Highly proficient writing and speaking English is required, with the ability to craft ideas for Fortune 500 brands targeting US multicultural audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop culturally relevant and impactful creative concepts.
  • Strong understanding of multicultural audiences in the US and the ability to tailor creative strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with creative pitching, both proactive and reactive, and working with influencer-based campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong trend awareness and an understanding of cultural and social media dynamics.
